Masterfully Masterplanned

Woodlands Baldivis has been planned around the native Australian trees in the centre of the estate. As well as forming the bulk of the future 2ha public open space, this natural element has guided the overall approach to the estate development.

 

The POS (public open space) will be enhanced with open grassed areas, plus an adventure play zone, picnic seating, grassed amphitheatre and a walking trail through the retained woodland. Currently under construction, it will be completed in May 2026*. 

 

This has all been thoughtfully planned to encourage children and adults alike to disengage from screens and enjoy this natural setting.
