Woodlands Baldivis has been planned around the native Australian trees in the centre of the estate. As well as forming the bulk of the future 2ha public open space, this natural element has guided the overall approach to the estate development.

 

The POS (public open space) has open grassed areas, plus an adventure play zone, BBQ and picnic seating, grassed amphitheatre and a pathway through the retained woodland. 

 

This has all been thoughtfully planned to encourage children and adults alike to disengage from screens and enjoy this natural setting.
